Hung up fone w baby then went training .3 words ; tired of everything .
Did drills , blah blah , blah .
Coach dint come , seniors trained us .
Ran 2.4 , tired like f .

Then did 5 stations ; 50 jumps , 20 pushups , 20 endurance , 50 skippings nd got whan dhun know how say :x
