On friday , had netball training .ARGH !
Th worst thing that happened was that i almost vomited when i ran .
I dhun feel good , cried again .

Then ie didnt make it for th timing (18 mins) for 3 rounds .
I hhad to stop as i felt like vomiting , whad do yoo expect ahrs ?!
Then my coach was mad at me .
She was like trying to say that wasnt an excuse , it was because i wasnt fit .
Wtfcuk laaaaaas !
She gave me two options .
1) Run th 3 rounds again in 18 mins .
2) Not to put me in for a dhun know carnival or whad
Then i dint answer her , she keep asking me .
She asked th seniors nd abi to pick for me .
They kept quiet .
She then later said th 3rd choice was to run a round in 5 mins .
Bud i felt like vomiting , how ?!
I said okay when i wasnt even feeling well !
I ran nd of course , i feel uncomfortable __
In th midst , i stopped coz i realy couldnt take it .
I chiong at th last part ,
Th seniors told miss neo that my timing was exactly 5 mins .
She doubted bud in th end , trusted th seniors .
Yvette told me that isabel told her that it was actually 5 mins + .
In any case , Isabel helped me .
