Ie ate lunch at mac dhen headed for training .We ran nd did our drills as usual .
This time , th attackers started th physical training first .
Th 1st round was okay ,
Bud ie started to feel worn out during th 2nd round .
It was th last round le , my senior , Isabel , ran together w me .

Ie was super duper tired , she cheered me on nd told me nort to stop .
Ie dint stop , bud at th last 100m , ie sprinted .
My legs were like breaking .
Nd when ie run half-way , miss may told me dhat ie was left w 10s to finish it .
Coz th maximum time we were given was 18 mins .
Ie dashed like dhun noe whad nd when ie was left w abit more , hannah came forward nd pulled me to th finishing line ,
Sadly , ie dint make it .
My timing was 18 mins nd 7s .
They praised me for th improvement .
